We serve clients globally in Afrikaans & English, assisting you, or your IT Department, with this critical task, preventative maintenance. All work is done remotely. Contact us for volume pricing of biannual services for companies with ten or more devices. We donate 15% of the income generated from this sale to the Sonneblom Foundation, which combats teenage suicide in South Africa.

  • A3 – This is for a first-time service of the device, or the first service of the device in more than two years, and is available to PAYING PAW WEBSITE clients at a one-off per device.

  • A1 – This is for a first-time service of the device, or the first service of the device in more than two years, and is available to RCP ONLY clients at a one-off per device.
  • A2 – This is for a first-time service of the device, or the first service of the device in more than two years, and is available to PAYING PAB & PAWZETTE clients at a one-off per device.
  • A3 – This is for a first-time service of the device, or the first service of the device in more than two years, and is available to PAYING PAW WEBSITE clients at a one-off per device.
  • A4 – This is for a first-time service of the device, or the first service of the device in more than two years, and is available to SONNEBLOM clients. The fee is FREE for ONE SERVICE PER PERSON per year, and an additional charge per device for more frequent services.

  • B1 – This is for when the device was last serviced between one and two years ago, and is available to RCP ONLY clients at a one-off per device.
  • B2 – This is for when the device was last serviced between one and two years ago, and is available to PAYING PAB & PAWZETTE clients at a one-off per device.
  • B3 – This is for when the device was last serviced between one and two years ago, and is available to PAYING PAW WEBSITE clients at a one-off per device.
  • B4 – This is for when the device was last serviced between one and two years ago, and is available to SONNEBLOM clients. The fee is FREE for ONE SERVICE PER PERSON per year, and an additional charge per device for more frequent services.

The device was last serviced less than one year ago

  • C1 – This is for when the device was last serviced less than one year ago, and is available to RCP ONLY clients at a once-off per device.
  • C2 – This is for when the device was last serviced less than one year ago, and is available to PAYING PAB & PAWZETTE clients at a one-off per device.
  • C3 – This is for when the device was last serviced less than one year ago, and is available to PAYING PAW WEBSITE clients at a one-off per device.
  • C4 – This is for when the device was last serviced less than one year ago, and is available to SONNEBLOM clients. The fee is FREE for ONE SERVICE PER PERSON per year, and an additional charge per device for more frequent services.

Recurring service of the device every six months, with payment every six months per device

  • D1 – This is for a recurring service of the device every six months, with payment every six months per device, and is available to RCP ONLY clients at a fee every six months per device.
  • D2 – This is for a recurring service of the device every six months, with payment every six months per device, and is available to PAYING PAB & PAWZETTE clients at a fee every six months per device.
  • D3 – This is for a recurring service of the device every six months, with payment every six months per device, and is available to PAYING PAW WEBSITE clients at a fee every six months per device.

  • E1 – This is for a recurring service of the device every six months, with payment each month per device, and is available to RCP ONLY clients at a fee each month per device.
  • E2 – This is for a recurring service of the device every six months, with payment each month per device, and is available to PAYING PAB & PAWZETTE clients at a fee each month per device.
  • E3 – This is for a recurring service of the device every six months, with payment each month per device, and is available to PAYING PAW WEBSITE clients at a fee each month per device.

 

Remote Proactive Care offers different pricing for different clients:

  • RPC Client ONLY – You are not a paying client of Passionate about Websites, Passionate about Banners, or PAWZETTE – persons receiving free services for any of these pay this price.
  • Paying Passionate about Banners or PAWZETTE Client – You are a paying client of Passionate about Banners or PAWZETTE – persons receiving free services for any of these are considered RPC Clients ONLY.
  • Paying PAW Website Client – You are a paying client of Passionate about Websites – persons receiving free website services are considered RPC Clients ONLY.
  • Sonneblom Foundation Client

We offer one primary product, Remote Proactive Care for Windows 10/11 PC or Laptop. However, we also have three pricing structures depending on the device you want us to service:

  • Devices serviced for the first time by us, or more than two years ago,
  • Devices serviced by us between one and two years ago, and
  • Devices serviced by us less than one year ago.

We also offer biannual or monthly payment options for services scheduled every six months.
