Slow devices have different levels of impact in different types of businesses. In corporate environments, these non-performing devices can disappear in the masses; for the small business owner, it can be critical. Calculate all the time lost while waiting for your device to perform basic functions at a snail’s pace. Work out the time lost when a device crashes and you were not prepared for it.
We service Windows 10 and 11 Laptops and PC’s remotely, and where possible, increase performance, check and report on hardware issues, and extend the life of the devices. We aim to reduce the long-term costs of each of our clients, be it a home user, a small business owner, or a corporate environment.

How does it work?
We do all our work remotely, serving clients anywhere in the world. We try to keep things simple and secure. We prefer to have you “look over our shoulder” while we work on your device. This allows us to reboot your device, and you can log in when needed without providing us with any passwords of your device, only with the password we need to establish the remote connection. You need to be able to download and install Rustdesk onto your device, as that is the program we use for secure access.
We will need to remotely connect to your device. We use RustDesk to your advantage as it is considered one of the safest remote support tools. You may download RustDesk from their website at https://rustdesk.com/. Once you have downloaded the appropriate version for your operating system, you will have to install it; simply running it will not be sufficient.
We will need to book and pay for an appointment to get started. Both you and our appointed technician will need to be available during the session, as we will require you to reboot your device, enable access, and so on. All communications will take place via WhatsApp text. We may phone if something important comes up. Most consultations will take less than an hour, but initial consultations may take a few hours, depending on the condition of your device.
We continue to work on your device while you provide the support we need from your side. We will install our software on your device, but we will also uninstall it once we have completed the work. However, should you plan to make use of our services again in future, we will happily leave it on your device to save time for future services. We will copy some text files and JPG files from your device, generated by the software we installed. We need the information in those files to generate the report we will provide you with.
Once we have prepared your report, we email it to you. It is a 1-2-page summary containing:
- The specifications of your devices,
- The health of your device,
- The work we have done,
- Suggestions to further improve the performance of your device,
- Suggestions to further prolong the life of your device, and
- Advice on the security of your device.
